Cozy Coffee!

This is my new coffee cozy. The coffee shop I go to on a daily basis every morning on my way to work started selling these for $5. However, I did not purchase one. Being the crafty and thrifty girl that I am, I promptly went home and knit one of my own! It was the first time I’ve every knit anything in the round using 5 knitting needles. I pearled the whole thing, but I think i might have casted it on wrong? Well, not bad for a first attempt. I might embroider some leaves on it to give it a wee bit more personality. Or maybe Crumpled Paper characters?! I see so many people double cup or use multiple sleeve thingies everyday, and it’s so wasteful. So this is a perfect way to be more eco-friendly! Now, if only I could get into the habit of carrying around my own coffee mug so I stop using disposable cups 
One step at a time I suppose.

Not fair. Stop! This was going to be your xmas present this year. Blast it. Now I have to come up with something else.
It is adorable. Though I would make it a little wider for me, but I have big hands, you may have little hands. I think it looks just fine in my opinion.

I thought at first you said the coffee shop nearby was selling what you made! I was like RIGHT ON CHRISTINE! LOL! But seriously you could start selling yours!

That’s great! And very eco friendly, I hate it when I see people use so many cups to keep their fingers from burning and than dispose of them later without really using them.
I would use one of those too, but we don’t have a coffee shop here that does take away coffee
unfortunately.
