I guess they're just in a terrible mood cuz whatever they're calling about is messed up (hence the call), but I'm trying to help them! Why are they yelling at me?? It always put me in an awful mood. I never do that on the phone to other people! Ugh! P.S. You hadn't taken your christmas tree down till NOW? O.O Wow!
